Code Red has been developed by Global Messaging, a telecommunications focused company which has been operating for the past 25 years. Global Messaging specialises in time sensitive messaging systems to the security industry, along with dedicated call center services to a wide array of customers within the borders of South Africa. The need for an advanced whistle blowing platform arose from the numerous requests received from existing clients to provide anonymous based services.
